User Data Deletion Request Instructions

At Digital Cusp, we respect your privacy and provide you full control over your personal data and connected social accounts.

Option 1: Direct Account Removal (Self-Service)

You can remove your connected social media profiles or delete your account data directly from the system at any time:

• Log in to your dashboard at social.digitalcusp.com.
• Navigate to Manage Channels and disconnect your unwanted social media accounts.
• Go to Account Settings if you wish to permanently delete your entire user profile and credentials.

Option 2: Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account or wish to request complete erasure of all associated server logs, data, and tokens from our database:

• Send an email to support@digitalcusp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Please mention the registered email address associated with your account.
• Our support team will process your request and permanently erase all your stored data within 24 to 48 hours.
